FirstClass 8.3 SP1 Server and Internet Services released for Windows 2000/2003, Mac OS X, and Linux
If you are using Voice Services, ensure that you using version 8 of Voice Services before upgrading. You can find 8.3 on FirstClass Online in the Conferences/Downloads/FirstClass 8 Product Updates section. Ensure that you review the 8.3 Upgrade Instructions located there. You can upgrade to version 8.3 SP1 from 8.0 SP5(build242) through 8.3.
Ensure that you have your FirstClass 8.3 upgrade license before upgrading from a pre 8.3 version. You should find the upgrade license in your FirstClass Online account mailbox or can find a request form for it by clicking here. If you are the administrator for your site and do not have a FirstClass Online account, click here.

New 8.315 clients for both Windows and Mac OSX can also be found in Conferences/Downloads/FirstClass 8 Clients area on FirstClass Online.
In addition to this release, new versions of FirstClass Personal, PalmSync, SyncML, and the ClientUpdater are available in the Downloads section of FirstClass Online.
