FirstClass Application Partners develop, sell, and support a wide range of solutions to complement and extend the functionality of the FirstClass platform in customer environments.
Please note that the applications listed below are not tested, approved, or endorsed by the FirstClass Division of Open Text and, as such, these applications are not included in any existing or future FirstClass support agreements. FirstClass customers who purchase third-party applications from a FirstClass Application Partner are bound by the service and support agreements offered through that partner.

The Ascriptica Professional Development Tracking tool is an application to help school districts organize and track staff development opportunities they offer. Built as a FirstClass application, Ascriptica allows staff to securely sign up and manage courses from any location where they have FirstClass access.
Ticketustm Work Order Tracking
Ticketus is an easy-to-use application for input, assignment and tracking of work order tickets. Tight integration with FirstClass makes Ticketus simple to deploy and manage, leveraging existing infrastructure and requireing no specialized software or training for staff.
fcTesttm Online Testing
Created exclusively for organizations running the FirstClass communications platform, fcTest offers an easy, secure way to build and deploy online tests for groups of students. With a wide range of features and flexible testing options, fcTest may be used for a variety of evaluation and self-assessment situations.

FC MEMEX is a FirstClass server extension which allows the seamless integration of documents residing outside the FirstClass system on one or more document file servers. Documents of nearly any file format are automatically full text indexed. Based on this index database, a powerful search engine allows users to query for documents using a flexible query language or using the search wizards presented as FirstClass forms. FirstClass users can easily search inside digital libraries of any size. MICROPACSTM MP Mailer
The MP Mailer application is a highly secure teleradiologic plugin for the SIDEXIS dental imaging software from SIRONA. Using this plugin, selected examinations can be sent to colleagues via a remote FirstClass communications server without leaving the SIDEXIS user interface. The system guarantees the authenticity of the sender, the receiver and the transmitted data. In addition to the image data itself, selected patient and modality metadata can be transferred.
